15-Minute Grace Period:
- I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, I offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. However, please note that if you arrive later than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule to accommodate our next client.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy:
- I kindly request that you provide at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client.
- In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) or a no-show, a 50% service charge will be applied. We appreciate your understanding of the impact last-minute changes can have on our ability to accommodate other clients.
